How Pre-Meeting Briefings Work

Calendar Integration

Huddix connects to your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook to automatically detect upcoming meetings. Once connected, Huddix displays your upcoming events with attendee badges. When a meeting is scheduled, we start preparing a briefing in the background by cross-referencing your meeting history.

Memory Retrieval

For each upcoming meeting, we identify previous meetings with the same participants, discussions about topics that are likely to come up, action items assigned to you or others in the meeting, key decisions made in previous meetings with these participants, and unresolved questions from past conversations.

Briefing Generation

We generate a concise briefing (typically 3-5 bullet points) that includes what you discussed last with these participants, any outstanding action items or follow-ups, recent decisions or updates relevant to the meeting, and context that would help you contribute more effectively.

Delivery

The briefing appears in your Huddix dashboard before the meeting. You can also create briefings manually for meetings that aren't on your calendar — just specify the participants and Huddix pulls relevant context from your meeting history.
