Which meeting platforms does Huddix support?

Huddix works with all major meeting platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and any app that uses your microphone. The desktop app auto-detects meetings — no browser extensions or bots needed.

Is Huddix free to use?

Yes! Huddix offers a free plan that includes local transcription and up to 5 meetings per month. Our Pro plan ($10/month) adds HD cloud transcription, AI summaries, semantic memory search, voice fingerprinting, and calendar integration with 30 hours per month.

How accurate is the transcription?

Huddix uses AssemblyAI for HD cloud transcription, achieving over 95% accuracy for clear audio. Our system includes automatic speaker diarization, so you always know who said what — even in meetings with many participants.

What is voice fingerprinting?

Voice fingerprinting uses neural network technology (ECAPA-TDNN) to create a unique voice profile for each speaker. This allows Huddix to automatically recognize and label speakers across different meetings — even when they switch devices or join from different accounts.

How does the cross-meeting memory work?

After each meeting, Huddix extracts key facts, decisions, and action items and stores them as semantic embeddings using pgvector. You can search across all your meetings using natural language — like asking "What did Sarah say about the Q4 budget?" and getting instant, accurate results.

Is my meeting data secure?

Absolutely. Huddix uses end-to-end encryption, row-level security in our database, and follows SOC 2 security practices. Your audio and transcripts are only accessible to you. You can export or delete all your data at any time.

Pre-Meeting Briefings: AI Context Before Every Call

We've all been there: you're about to join a meeting and realize you have no idea what was discussed the last time you met with this person or team. Or maybe there was a critical decision made three meetings ago that somehow got lost. Pre-meeting briefings solve this problem.

The Problem with Meetings

Modern professionals attend an average of 23 meetings per week. With so many meetings, it's impossible to remember the context for each one. This leads to:

Repeating discussions that were already resolved
Missing context that would improve contributions
Forgetting action items assigned in previous meetings

How Pre-Meeting Briefings Work

Calendar Integration

Huddix connects to your Google Calendar or Outlook to automatically detect upcoming meetings. When a meeting is scheduled, we start preparing a briefing in the background.

Memory Retrieval

For each upcoming meeting, we identify:

Previous meetings with the same participants
Discussions about topics that are likely to come up (based on the meeting title and invite)
Action items assigned to you or others in the meeting
Key decisions made in previous meetings with participants

Briefing Generation

We generate a concise briefing (typically 3-5 bullet points) that includes:

What you discussed last with these participants
Any outstanding action items or follow-ups
Recent decisions or updates relevant to the meeting
Context that would help you contribute more effectively

Delivery

The briefing appears in your Huddix dashboard 15 minutes before the meeting, and we can also send a summary via Slack or email if you prefer.

Privacy

Pre-meeting briefings only include information from meetings you participated in or that are in your Huddix workspace. We never pull information from other attendees' private meetings unless you've explicitly shared meeting access.
