Security

Huddix is built for sensitive meeting workflows. This page explains the safeguards we use for accounts, meeting content, AI processing, speaker data, payments, and operational security.

Effective date: June 15, 2026

1. Data We Protect

Huddix protects account information, meeting audio where stored, transcripts, summaries, notes, action items, memories, embeddings, speaker contacts, voiceprint vectors, share links, billing records, calendar metadata, and support communications.

2. Access Controls

  • Authentication is required for private dashboard access.
  • Authorization checks restrict users to their own account data only.
  • Database access controls and row-level protections are used where configured.
  • Administrative access is limited to operational need.
  • Share links are intended only for recipients you choose.

3. Encryption and Storage

Huddix uses encrypted transport for web and API traffic. Stored data is protected using cloud provider, database, and application-layer security controls. Audio, transcripts, summaries, memories, and exports are stored only as needed for the product features and user settings described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Payment Security

Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another payment provider. Huddix does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, netbanking passwords, or wallet credentials. Payment authentication and sensitive payment credential handling are performed by the payment provider and payment ecosystem participants.

5. AI, Transcription, and Integrations

Huddix may use transcription, AI, embedding, storage, calendar, email, monitoring, and support providers to operate the service. We send providers only the information needed for the requested feature or operational purpose, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable provider terms.

6. Voiceprints and Speaker Recognition

Speaker recognition uses profiles and voiceprint vectors to help match speakers across meetings. Voiceprints are used for Huddix speaker recognition features and are not intended to recreate raw audio or identify people outside Huddix.

7. Monitoring and Incident Response

  • We monitor service health, errors, abuse signals, and security events.
  • We may investigate suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or policy violations.
  • If we identify a security incident affecting personal information, we will take appropriate steps to contain, investigate, remediate, and notify affected users or regulators when required.

8. User Security Responsibilities

  • Use a strong password and protect your login credentials.
  • Keep your devices and desktop app updated.
  • Grant microphone, calendar, and file permissions only when you intend to use them.
  • Share meeting links only with trusted recipients.
  • Remove access for team members who no longer need it.
  • Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

9. Vulnerability Reports

If you believe you found a vulnerability, contact info@huddix.com. Please include enough detail for us to reproduce and assess the issue. Do not access, modify, delete, or disclose other users' data while testing.

10. No Absolute Security Guarantee

No internet-connected service can guarantee perfect security. Huddix uses safeguards designed to reduce risk, but users should avoid uploading or recording information that they are not authorized to process.
