5. What Huddix Provides
Huddix is a digital software service for meeting intelligence. It may capture or process meeting audio, transcribe speech, identify speakers, generate summaries, extract action items, create searchable memory, connect calendar context, export meeting data, and create share links. Features may vary by plan, device, operating system, browser, meeting app, permissions, integrations, language, network conditions, provider availability, and configuration.
6. Meeting Recording Consent
- You are solely responsible for telling meeting participants when Huddix is recording, capturing, transcribing, translating, summarizing, analyzing, or storing meeting content.
- You must obtain all consent required by applicable law, employment policy, contract, platform rule, and meeting rule before using Huddix.
- Do not use Huddix where recording, transcription, AI analysis, or speaker recognition is prohibited.
- If a participant asks you to stop recording, delete content, or not process their information, you are responsible for handling that request where the law or your relationship with that participant requires it.
7. Your Content and Permissions
You retain rights you have in meeting audio, transcripts, summaries, notes, action items, calendar details, speaker labels, contacts, memories, prompts, files, exports, and other content you provide or generate through Huddix. You grant Huddix a limited permission to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, analyze, secure, troubleshoot, export, and otherwise use that content only as needed to provide, maintain, protect, improve, and support Huddix, comply with law, and enforce these terms.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload or process the content and that your use of Huddix will not violate confidentiality duties, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, workplace policies, contracts, or laws.
8. AI Output and No Professional Advice
- Huddix uses automated systems and third-party or self-hosted model providers. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for your purpose.
- Transcripts, summaries, action items, memories, speaker labels, translations, sentiment, suggestions, and answers must be reviewed by you before use.
- Huddix does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, HR, compliance, accounting, investment, emergency, or professional advice.
- You must not rely on Huddix as the sole basis for employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, legal, financial, disciplinary, safety, or similarly significant decisions.
9. Speaker Recognition and Voiceprints
Huddix may use speaker labels, speaker contacts, self-speaker selection, voiceprint vectors, and recognition metadata to help identify speakers across meetings. You must not enroll, label, profile, or reuse another person's voice unless you have the right and required consent to do so.
- Do not use speaker recognition to impersonate any person.
- Do not use voiceprints for surveillance or unlawful profiling.
- Do not make high-impact decisions about a person based only on speaker recognition or AI output.
- Voiceprints are intended only to support Huddix speaker recognition features and are not intended to recreate raw audio.
10. Sensitive and Restricted Data
Huddix is not designed for classified information, state secrets, emergency communications, regulated medical records, protected health information, payment card storage, government-restricted data, or other highly sensitive information unless you have explicit authority, required consent, and a separate written agreement or configuration suitable for that data.
You are responsible for deciding whether Huddix is appropriate for your meeting content, industry, jurisdiction, and compliance obligations.
11. Calendar, Integrations, and Third-Party Services
If you connect Google, Microsoft, calendar, payment, transcription, AI, storage, authentication, email, or other third-party services, you authorize Huddix to access and process the information needed for the connected feature. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy notices, availability, pricing, and restrictions.

- Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another payment provider. Huddix does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, netbanking passwords, or wallet credentials.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- If payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is flagged for risk review, we may suspend or limit paid access until the issue is resolved.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank charges, payment provider fees, card network fees, currency conversion charges, and any charges caused by incorrect billing information.
- We may correct pricing, billing, or plan errors, but we will use reasonable efforts to notify affected customers when required.

You are responsible for anyone with whom you share meeting links, exports, transcripts, summaries, or other content. Share links may expose meeting information to recipients without requiring them to create an account. You should revoke links that are no longer needed and avoid sharing confidential or sensitive information with unauthorized recipients.
16. Privacy and Security
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Security practices are described on the Security page. You are responsible for using Huddix in a privacy-compliant manner, including responding to participant or customer requests where you are legally responsible.
17. Intellectual Property
Huddix and its software, designs, code, models, workflows, prompts, branding, documentation, interfaces, and technology are owned by Huddix or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use Huddix under these terms, no rights are transferred to you. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Huddix except as allowed by law or written permission.
18. Feedback
If you send ideas, feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or feature requests, you allow Huddix to use them without restriction or compensation. You should not send confidential information through feedback channels unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
19. Beta, Free, and Experimental Features
Huddix may offer free, trial, beta, experimental, preview, or limited features. These may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. They may have lower reliability, support, retention, or availability than paid production features.
20. Service Changes and Availability
We may update, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue features to improve Huddix, comply with law, control abuse, protect security, manage provider changes, or address operational needs. We aim to keep Huddix reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, disable share links, restrict features, or refuse service if we reasonably believe that there is non-payment, account compromise, security risk, illegal activity, abuse, violation of these terms, rights infringement, fraud, payment dispute, or legal requirement. You may stop using Huddix at any time. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
22. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Huddix, its operator, service providers, licensors, and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your content, your meetings, your failure to obtain consent, your use of Huddix, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
23. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huddix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, availability, reliability, and security. We do not guarantee that Huddix will capture every word, identify every speaker, produce accurate AI output, preserve every item of data, prevent every security incident, or meet every legal or compliance requirement.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huddix and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, substitute services, or reputational harm. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huddix's total liability for all claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Huddix for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or INR 5,000 if you did not pay during that period.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
25. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at info@huddix.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's principal place of business as identified in the Imprint.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify users through the service, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use of Huddix after the effective date of updated terms means you accept the updated terms.
27. Miscellaneous
- If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of that term.
- You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
- These terms, together with referenced policies, are the entire agreement between you and Huddix for use of the service, unless a signed written agreement says otherwise.
