1. No Physical Shipping
Huddix provides online software, AI meeting services, cloud transcription, account access, and downloadable desktop applications. There are no physical products, packages, courier shipments, or shipping charges.
2. Delivery Method
- Web dashboard access is delivered through your Huddix account.
- Desktop app access is delivered through the download page.
- Paid plan access is activated digitally after successful payment confirmation.
- Invoices or payment confirmations may be sent by email or shown in the dashboard.
3. Delivery Timeline
Most digital access is activated immediately or within a few minutes after successful payment. In some cases, activation may be delayed by payment provider confirmation, fraud checks, bank delays, failed payment authentication, account review, or technical maintenance.
4. Failed or Pending Payments
If Razorpay or another payment provider reports a payment as failed, pending, disputed, or under review, paid access may not be activated until the payment is confirmed. If money is debited but access is not activated, contact support with your payment ID or order ID.
5. Supported Platforms
Huddix may provide desktop downloads for supported operating systems and web access through supported browsers. Availability of individual features may depend on operating system permissions, microphone access, meeting application behavior, network quality, and plan limits.
6. Delivery Issues
If you cannot access your paid plan, download the app, or use your purchased service, email [email protected] with your account email, payment date, amount, and Razorpay payment ID or order ID if available.
