Bring your own recordings

Recordings no longer have to start in Huddix. Upload a file you already have, watch every transfer finish, and stop paying twice for the same meeting.

    Drop an audio or video file you already have into Huddix and it runs through the same pipeline as a live capture: transcription, speaker labels, summary, action items, and memory.

    Uploads still in flight now appear in the sidebar with their progress. If a connection drops mid-transfer, the upload retries on its own instead of failing silently.

    Plan, included hours, live-minute balance, and add-on packs are laid out on one page, so it is clear what you have left before a long meeting starts.

    Reprocessing a meeting could be metered twice against your included hours. Every settlement now carries its own idempotency reference, so a single operation is only ever charged once.

The best summarization model is no longer a Pro perk, meetings start recording themselves, and there is finally a real home for action items.

    Lite and Pro now run the exact same summarization model — the higher-tier summary model is no longer held behind Pro. Pro remains the plan for more included hours, calendar sync, and pre-meeting briefings.

    Huddix notices when a conferencing app takes over your microphone and offers to start recording. Detection is attributed to a real meeting app or a confirmed meeting tab, so background system services no longer trigger the prompt.
